Cotton Bayou is a boaters paradise offering boat slips, boat launch, pier, pool, tennis court, and a BBQ area that's perfect for social gatherings.
Please note that this unit is on the 2nd floor requiring guest to walk up a short flights of stairs. There is NO elevator.

Located a short, 5 min walk from the beach and the new Coastal restaurant and outdoor dining and shopping area! Beach access is 0.2 mi to the west at the Cotton Bayou Public Beach access.

Consisting of only 68 condos Cotton Bayou a low density quiet complex directly across from the public beach access. Cotton Bayou is located in the Terry Cove area, which is in the middle of Orange Beach and public beach access. No elevator. Cotton Bayou hosts amenities such as BBQ grill, outdoor pool, tennis court, fish cleaning station, boat slip and a boat launch but with boat rules (max 25').
All guest bringing a boat MUST let us know so we can send a link to register the boat for the complex. Boat registration and insurance is required.
If you wish to bring your boat, the complex will charge $50/day, paid separate from the reservation.
For monthly stays, there is a discounted monthly rate.
Parking pad is 38 feet long 10 1/2 feet wide, 8 feet tall.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
DO NOT hang towels from the balcony. This will result in a fine from the HOA.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
