On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen-living room (dishwasher, washing machine) with a pleasant atmosphere thanks to wooden floors and solid wood furniture. The wide window front with sliding door, renewed in 2022, opens onto the adjoining terrace. Upstairs, another living room with garden views and plenty of seating awaits you.
The house is ideal for families, couples, sailing crews, or wedding guests (Schloss Glücksburg, beach hotel). While some relax upstairs watching TV or playing cards, others can enjoy a beer or wine downstairs or soak up the evening sun on the terrace.
The upstairs bathroom has been fully renovated and now offers a modern feel. A new shower room has also been added on the ground floor.
The property is near the beach, with public transport within walking distance. The beach hotel, pier, and yacht school are also easily reached on foot. Parking is available on the property.
