Guest Access:

You will have exclusive use of the house and its outdoor spaces, including the garden, private lounge and rooftop. No guest areas are shared with other guests.



An automatic gate and digital self check-in make arrival convenient and give you flexibility throughout your stay.



Certain cabinets and designated outdoor areas are reserved for management and family use. These areas remain locked and clearly marked and are not included in your stay.

Getting Around:

The area offers several ways to get around São Paulo, including public transportation, taxis and ride-hailing services.



Morumbi and Granja Julieta train stations, as well as Brooklin and Borba Gato metro stations, serve the surrounding area. Congonhas Airport is also accessible from the house. Travel times vary depending on traffic and the time of day.



The property does not have a private parking space. Free street parking may be available, including directly in front of the house, subject to availability and local parking signs. These spaces are public and cannot be reserved.

• The house can accommodate additional guests by prior arrangement.



• Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.



• Visitors who are not included in the reservation require prior approval. A day-use fee of BRL 100 per person applies. Additional charges will be processed through Airbnb.



• Parties, events and celebrations require prior approval. As these involve a different use of the property from a standard stay, pricing will be determined individually and confirmed through a new Airbnb offer.



• Photo shoots, filming and other commercial uses of the property also require prior approval. Pricing will depend on the intended use and will be confirmed through a new Airbnb offer.



• Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.



• Please separate organic waste from recyclables and dispose of them in the labeled bins at the back of the property.



• Pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation.



• Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay, as well as damaged or missing items. Where applicable, reimbursement requests will be submitted through Airbnb.



• The upstairs bedrooms and rooftop are accessible by stairs. Children must be supervised on the stairs, on the rooftop and in outdoor areas.



The property has an electric security fence and security cameras installed near the entrance. The cameras monitor only the exterior access points and do not monitor any indoor guest spaces.
