Settle into the comfortable armchairs in the living room and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and warmth from the fireplace. When you go to bed, you can gaze out at the starry sky in winter or watch the morning sun light up the mountains in summer.
In summer, you can hike to the summit of Lauvdalsbrea, which offers a spectacular 360-degree view, or go swimming and fishing at Steintjønna, Breisevatn, or Versjøen. Take a trip to the beautiful Torpo Stave Church, which is rich in cultural heritage. The area around the cabin also features great bike trails. In the winter, you can go cross-country skiing in the surrounding area, followed by a freshly baked waffle and hot coffee at Gaurhovd. When you return to the cabin, you can let the warmth envelop you in the bathtub and let tranquility set in.
