The property is developed within a single complex of finely restored trulli, where the authentic charm of local architecture is expressed through iconic stone vaults and a warm and timeless atmosphere. The interiors have two elegant double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a standard bed, designed to ensure comfort and quality of rest. One of the rooms also has an en-suite private bathroom with a shower. Although part of the same housing unit, both rooms have independent access from the outside: a solution that offers guests a refined balance between moments of privacy and sharing. The living area offers a cozy sitting room with TV and a kitchen, complete, cozy and suggestive, framed by a typical stone arch. An additional single bed is also available in the common area, ideal for children, since it is not a space with privacy. The room is completed by a full bathroom at the service of the house.
Outside, the property opens onto large spaces designed for relaxation and conviviality. The 40 sqm private pool is the ideal place to cool off on hot summer days or enjoy the quiet of the countryside at sunset. Around, a well-kept relaxation area with sun loungers invites you to relax in the sun, while the outdoor kitchen, complete with sink, induction stove and wood-burning barbecue, allows you to fully enjoy the outdoor experience. A large table with chairs is perfect for lunches and dinners with friends, and the outdoor shower, serving the pool, adds an additional touch of comfort.
The location is strategic for exploring some of the most fascinating destinations in the area, such as Alberobello, famous for its iconic trulli, Locorotondo and Cisternino, enchanting villages surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and timeless landscapes. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
