Relax by the pool, hot tub, or fire pit, and explore 80 scenic acres with walking trails, a creek, and open green space. Enjoy a large chef’s kitchen with a 6-burner stove and 3 ovens, spacious gathering areas, a media room, and a convenient first-floor bedroom. Located near downtown Ligonier, Idlewild and SoakZone, and popular ski resorts.

THE HOUSE
**First Floor**
- Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare large family meals, including a 6-burner stove
- Large dining room with plenty of space for seating
- Breezeway area with an extra refrigerator, 2 additional ovens, and a washer & dryer for guest use
- Full bathroom with shower, modern fixtures, and complimentary shampoo & conditioner
- Cozy media room with a sectional, bar-height seating behind the sofa, and a large TV with adaptor access to your favorite streaming services
- Main level bedroom with king bed, including an en suite bathroom and shower with complimentary shampoo & conditioner
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home. A code for the door keypad will be provided before check-in.
A 2-hour early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $50 fee, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance. Early check-in can only be confirmed by 10:00 AM on the morning of arrival. Late check-out must be requested the evening before the departure date. This is because the home may need to be cleaned and turned over after previous guests or before our next guests, and we want to make sure the property is fully ready and comfortable for everyone visiting.

The home was clean, well laid out, and located in a convenient area. The rooms were tidy and generally comfortable, which we appreciated.However, several issues impacted our experience. The host was notably inflexible with check-in and check-out times. We requested a modest late check-out to allow time for clean-up, but this was denied. Despite this, we were later charged an unexpected 50 fee for not placing linens in the laundry room, something we could have easily addressed with a little extra time. The fee felt arbitrary and excessive, especially without prior notice.At check-in, we found a dead mouse near the pool. The owner, who lives next door and was actively preparing the house at the time, somehow missed this, though it was immediately obvious to us.A larger concern was the lack of privacy. The day after our arrival, the host entered the house unannounced, stating he needed to clean the pool. Rather than requesting access, he walked in, dropped in the automatic pool cleaner, lingered for a few minutes, and left. This felt intrusive, especially for a space expected to offer a degree of seclusion.Additionally, the Jacuzzi had an overwhelming amount of chlorine. It caused eye irritation and actually discolored some of our swimsuits, which was unexpected.While the property itself is well-maintained and nicely located, these issues with inflexible policies, privacy, and the jacuzzi setup detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
