Beach 1.5 blocks away and the area is full of great places to eat, drink and relax and have coffee, shop, relax. Pool deck views are breathtaking. Transportation is easy and accessible! This unit has a master bedroom with king size bed, 2 night stands, TV on wall, on suite full bathroom and closet.
Down the hall you will find another full bathroom.
Sofa bed in living room converts to matrimonial size bed, with memory foam for comfort.
Kitchen is nicely equipped. With 4 seat dinner table.
Living room has large TV mounted on wall, sitting chairs and coffee table.
Terrace off kitchen for 2.
2 beach chairs 1 umbrella, and beach towels.
This building has everything you need, full AC Gym, community work space with AC, 2 roof top decks and 24/7 security/front desk.
