The spacious and comfortable chalet can accommodate up to 10 people, with 2 additional sleeping spots thanks to a sofa bed. Perfect for families and groups of friends alike, it features 4 bedrooms: three flexible rooms with either a double bed or twin beds, and one large family bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds.
The living areas are bright and inviting, with a living room and dining room that open onto the garden through large picture windows. A mezzanine offers a second relaxation area with a TV and DVD player.
The recently renovated kitchen is modern, bright, and fully equipped, with plenty of storage, two refrigerators, and all necessary appliances, including fondue and raclette sets.
The chalet features two bathrooms with a tub/shower, as well as a private shower room in the master bedroom. A convenient space on the first floor provides storage for ski or bike gear, with a washer and dryer available.
Outside, you can enjoy a garden with a view of Mont Blanc and a second area perfect for playing in the snow.

Located in Les Houches, at the foot of Mont Blanc, the resort offers a diverse ski area with 55 km of trails and exceptional panoramic views. Renowned for its “Verte” World Cup run, it’s also perfectly suited for beginners thanks to its dedicated areas and numerous supervised activities.
In both winter and summer, the Chamonix Valley offers a multitude of activities: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, high-altitude views, legendary cable cars like the Aiguille du Midi, and tours of glaciers and natural areas.
An ideal playground to fully enjoy the mountains all year round.
The chalet is conveniently located for easy access to these activities. A beginner’s trail, Le Tourchet, is just a 5-minute walk away (or one bus stop). The Bellevue and Prarion ski lifts are accessible by bus or a 15- to 25-minute walk.
A bus stop is just a minute away, with numerous shuttles serving the entire Chamonix Valley, including access to the Aiguille du Midi and the Mer de Glace.
The train station is a 10-minute walk away (connections to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and Switzerland). Geneva Airport is about 1 hour away.
