This charming 76 m² holiday home, originally built in 1897 and completely renovated in 2024, offers a perfect blend of historic character and modern convenience. Located in scenic surroundings, the house is ideally equipped for a relaxing getaway, featuring a bright living room with a TV and Chromecast for easy streaming. With three well-furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
The updated kitchen features high-quality appliances, including an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, and a freezer (100–139 l). For added comfort and ease, the stay is all-inclusive regarding utilities, meaning electricity, water, and high-speed internet (min. 50 Mbit) are all included in the rental price. Arrival is hassle-free thanks to the Smart Lock key box system.
Outside, you can enjoy the 255 m² natural plot from the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill for summer evenings. The location is excellent for active vacationers, with a golf course just 1.6 km away and the coast, town, and local shopping all within a 2 km radius.
