Due to the mountain roads, AWD or 4WD is highly recommended.
Family: Traveling with little ones? Having a toddler, we know how much stuff it takes to pack with your little one. Let us help lighten the load, we provide a pack and play, baby gates for upstairs and downstairs, and a variety of our toddler’s favorite books.
Easy self check-in: You will be given a personalized code prior to check in for our smart lock on the front door.
Mountain living: Our property is located on a mountain. You can expect a mountain road, wildlife and potentially critters and insects. We do everything possible to limit the amount of insects. Bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.
Trash: And with this mountain life comes raccoons and bears (oh my!), so please ensure trash is secured in the bear-proof bins out front.
Hot tub: Enjoy a soak on the private lower deck with an amazing view. Our hot tub is drained and cleaned after every visitor.
We provide a starter pack that includes, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a starter supply of bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner, one paper towel roll and dish soap. Please bring additional items that you may need, especially if you plan to have a longer stay.
No Smoking / No Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and anywhere on the property.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed, including service animals that are not disclosed and approved in advance per VRBO policy.
Violation Fees
Violation of the no-smoking or no-pets policy will result in a $500 fee, plus any additional costs required for deep cleaning, odor remediation, or damage repair.

Cabin was in a great location. View of the mountains with very little noise from neighbors. A couple black bears would often hang out nearby the cabin too which made for some great pictures.Each room had a remote control fan and light. Allowed for very cozy nights without needing to worry about getting up to turn on/off lights or fans.The theater setup was pretty good. Would have been better if the trays for the chairs were present. Would have also been nice to be able to recline. The chairs were still quite comfy though.My wife wants to come back to this cabin whenever we visit in the future. Overall best cabin we've rented near Pigeon Forge.
