About this house rental
Private Lake Front on Lake Winnisquam. Sandy Beach area & private dock ideal for a families with children. Large L shape dock, perfect for storing multiple boats or jet skies. The dock is a great spot to have a picnic or sit and catch the sunset. Two Paddle Boards and two Kayaks on property for use. Large deck with outdoor couch and table. Lots of family fun nearby. Mini- Golf area at the end of the road, walking distance to local Winnisquam Deli & Creamery. Five minute walk to DOX restaurant and five ride to the New Lake Estates. Located within a 15 minute drive to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Linens and towel are not provided with the property. Washer and Dryer on site. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday for the summer. Check-out 10am and Check-in 3pm. Long weekend available post peak months. Please reach for availability- we would love to accommodate your stay scheduling allows.

We loved our stay at the lake house! The spacious layout was perfect for our 3 families. The three downstairs bedrooms are a bit set off from the main part of the house which was nice for when the kids were in bed. I was unsure about the kitchen from the photos but it worked well for us. For rainy days the house was stocked with books and games. The outside area had everything we wanted - a beautiful dock with stairs, a beach area for the kids to dig and wade into the water, grass to play games on, a fire pit, a deck with an amazing view, and paddle boards and kayaks. As a bonus the house is a short walk to mini golf, ice cream, and the Winniquam general store and deli. The marina and sand bar are just a short boat ride away. We had a great stay and look forward returning.

This is our families second time staying at the lake house. We have an amazing time being right on the lake. Thanks for renting out the house!!
