At your disposal you have a private heated swimming pool (max +4 degrees above outside temperature), a Whirlpool, sun terrace, Finnish sauna, play room, barbecue and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Villa Old Olive IV is a newly built three-story building with six bedrooms, each with its own TV and private bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned, and all rooms are decorated in a modern and elegant way. Villa Old Olive IV is ideal for a family vacation or a holiday with friends. Enjoy their company by preparing barbecued meals, or playing billiards, table football or table tennis. Fun in this villa will surely not miss you, but you can also spend your vacation outside the villa. Visit some of the pearls of the Istrian coast – towns Rovinj, Poreč or Fažana and make yourself an ideal holiday that you will remember forever!
