Relax at the most private home in the community. Just 180 seconds (1/2 mile) to the beach- Yep we timed it! Wake up, grab a coffee, and you’re barefoot on the sand before vacation even hits you. Two pools or the ocean — honestly, your toughest decision all week. Sip your morning coffee on the screened-in patio while the breeze does its thing. Perfect for family memories that get told at Thanksgiving! Seriously, zero reasons to wear real pants! Come stressed, leave salty, wearing your resting beach face! As stated, our property is one of the most private lots in the Rookery III community. Our home, "Resting Beach Face," simply has an amazing space indoors and out, ready for your family vacation memories! No matter how you look at it, Thanksgiving stories will be right around the corner. The community offers 2 pools (including a zero-entry pool) and a kiddie pool. One pool is located right across from the home, making your bun sunning access very convenient. We offer kids floaties, beach toys, beach tent, beach umbrella, beach wagon, coolers, and beach chairs for your use. The community is golf cart-friendly with cart and bike rentals nearby. Two public beaches are nearby -only a 180 second drive! Simply turn right at the entrance of the Rookery III and then take your first left. Our interior features Granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked kitchen with small and large appliances, cookware, and utensils. Appliances included: Dishwasher, Disposal, Washer/Dryer, microwave, electric range, refrigerator with Ice maker, additional ice maker, Air fryer, indoor grill, Coffee Makers (one dual inside and one on the balcony). Our bungalow includes two assigned parking spaces. Our beautiful Bungalow is a 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home that offers a dining area that seats 10. The picture shows the table without the leaf (leaf located under table and extra chairs in the bedrooms). We also have a high chair for the babe, Kids dishes, 2 pack and plays with linens and an infant bathing seat. The master bedroom is 182 sft, and offers a full bath with tub, Towels, Beach towels, bed linens and toiletries (we even offer a basket full of items you may have forgotten to pack during your rush to get here), a dresser, night stands, closet and bedside phone charging stations. The master bedroom has a small sit/stand desk with ergonomic desk/gaming chair, Monitor, docking station, and HP printer/scanner (But seriously- who is going to be working while your in paradise). Bedroom 2 offers a King size bed, dresser, 2 night stands with USB ports for charging devices, 2 sitting chairs, linens, small closet and a rollaway. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses a trundle that is a twin, all with linens, dresser, small sitting chair, and bedside phone docking station. All bedrooms have a 55" mounted smart TV, and the screened patio has a 45”/ Roku TV. Off the living room area, there is a wonderful screened in patio where you can enjoy an early morning coffee, or a late day rest after hitting the beach. Perfect for determining your next days adventure, while enjoying the beauty of the wildlife preserve. Off the kitchen area, is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. With having such a private lot, the kids will have room to run, while you soak up the fresh air sitting by the firepit accompanied by 5 Adirondack chairs, large umbrella, picnic table and hammock. We also offer a propane/charcoal combo grill. (Propane tank exchange is at the renters expense-20.00 at dollar general- we cannot guarantee that the tanks are full). There adult and kid friendly board games, books, coloring, as well as various beach toys - including skim boards and floaties. Our Corn hole and Yard pong is a great way to enjoy the large space in the yard, or even on the beach! We are sure that you will find there is plenty to do inside and outside of the bungalow!
*Although it states that Pets are not allowed, We may consider a pet. There is 100.00 pet Fee by the community, and an additional 100.00 for cleaning. Additionally, all pets will need to be registered with the COA before arrival. This must be discussed prior to reservation.

**There is a fee for parking of 30.00 per vehicle. The community only offers 2 parking spots per unit. The parking is assigned, and you must have your pass visible on the dash at all times. Parking passes must be purchased through the host prior to arrival, and your vehicle must be registered with the COA.
**Upon confirmation of your booking, all guests are required to register with the COA.

Double Red Flags: Water closed to public- Very dangerous
Red Flag: High Hazard. Rip Tide and should avoid swimming
Yellow Flag: Caution / Moderate Hazard - Moderate surf and current
Green Flag: safe to swim. Calm
Purple Flag- Presence of dangerous marine Life (Jelly fish, stingray, dangerous fish)
Yellow Flag with Black Circle in center- no watercraft and surfboards
Windsock- off shore winds present, inflatables should not be used.
