Elevation: approx. 600 m above sea level in the sunny western part of the island between El Paso and Los Llanos.

The vacation home

Then a stay in this attractive vacation home, set in a stunning, unspoiled location with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains, is just the thing for you!
The detached vacation home is surrounded by a well-maintained, park-like exotic garden that invites you to discover a variety of subtropical trees and plants. Depending on your mood and the weather, you can enjoy peace and nature in a shady or sun-drenched spot in the spacious garden. Outdoor seating is also available on a covered terrace in front of the house, among other places.
In the summer of 2017, the property was expanded to include a varied pond landscape. Water flows down several cascades over a small, picturesque waterfall into a large pond lined with natural stones.
The house is surrounded by a sunroom that spans the entire south and west sides.
From the cozy dining area in the sunroom, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean or the fascinating mountain scenery even on windy or cloudy days. Here, you can experience unforgettable sunsets while enjoying dinner.
The Kitchen
The cozy, Canarian-style kitchen-diner is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances (oven with 4-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator...)
Living Room
The cozy living room features a satellite TV, a stereo system, and a wide selection of books and games. In the living room and bathroom, a heater and an additional space heater provide comfortable warmth on cooler evenings, if needed.
The house has been completely renovated and is in very good condition.
Bedroom
In the stylishly furnished bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, and a beautiful dresser, you’re sure to enjoy a restful night’s sleep and have plenty of space to store all your belongings.
For a third person or two children, there is additional sleeping space on a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, located in a separate, cozy room.

The location:
The house, “Casa las Pincoras,” is located 2 km south of El Paso on a quiet side street. El Paso is situated on the sunny west side of the island and offers a wide variety of shopping options and restaurants. Los Llanos, the second-largest city on La Palma, is only 6 km away. El Paso is an ideal starting point for excursions to the UNESCO “Caldera de Taburiente” National Park, which, with its spectacular volcanic crater, forms the heart of the island.
Right from the vacation home, you can set out on hikes into the mountains or take a rental car to visit the beautiful beaches of Puerto Naos or Puerto de Tazacorte (about 14 km away) in just a few minutes.A public bus stop is located nearby (about a 10-minute walk away).
