The Space:

The approximately 45-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible via a staircase. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a combined living and dining area with a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) for an additional guest. If needed, a travel crib (60 × 120 cm) or a fold-out bed (80 × 190 cm) can be provided in the bedroom, making the accommodation suitable for up to three adults and one child. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi, a TV, a speaker system, and an Echo Dot provide additional comfort. Blackout blinds and heating ensure a pleasant stay in any season. A balcony with seating also invites you to relax outdoors.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. A private entrance ensures complete privacy. Bicycles can be parked safely in the lockable courtyard, and e-bikes can also be charged there. Free parking is available right on the street.
