Welcome to Kirkwood - a beautifully reimagined multi-level retreat in the heart of Laurel Canyon, where Hollywood Hills living meets true privacy and design.
The main floor sets the tone immediately: an open living and dining area with a statement indoor fireplace, wide-plank hardwood floors, and a designer chef's kitchen outfitted with a professional-grade range, striking marble countertops, and full stainless appliances. A stunning wet bar with a thick-cut green marble countertop anchors the space for effortless entertaining.
Five carefully appointed bedrooms span the second and third floors. The master suite is a true sanctuary - king bed, its own indoor fireplace, a 65" Samsung Smart TV, and a private marble en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet. Two additional queen bedrooms, a flexible daybed room (pulls out to two singles), and an upper-level twin room make this home ideal for groups, families, or friends traveling together.
Outside, the private tropical garden is a world of its own. Banana palms, mature trees, and lush greenery wrap a brick-paved patio built for long evenings. Fire up the Traeger pellet smoker (wood pellet grill — not charcoal or propane) or the Ooni pizza oven, prep at the outdoor sink, and dine al fresco under the canopy of Laurel Canyon.

From Kirkwood, the city is at your fingertips. West Hollywood's restaurants, bars, and nightlife are minutes downhill. Runyon Canyon Park is nearby for morning hikes with sweeping city views. Melrose, Santa Monica Blvd, Beverly Hills, and the Sunset Strip are all under 10 minutes away. You're in the hills - but nothing in LA feels far.

Guests may park in the driveway or on the street. Street parking is permitted, and no parking permit is required or provided. Please ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas only and do not block driveways, sidewalks, or roadway access at any time. Failure to comply with local parking regulations may result in tickets, fines, or towing.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!
We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County's Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm.
SOUND SYSTEM:
The Sonos sound system throughout the home has been disabled throughout the duration of your stay to help comply with and enforce county ordinances and regulations.
CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren't able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you're interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
You're surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.
FIRE ZONE:
Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone
(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Canyon critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.
EV CHARGER:
There is no EV charger at the home; however, several public EV charging stations are conveniently located throughout Los Angeles. Guests can easily access chargers operated by networks such as EVgo and Blink Charging, all within a short drive from the property. These stations offer reliable options for both daily and occasional vehicle charging during your stay.
PARKING:
There are 2 parking spaces available, all of which are uncovered. Street parking is allowed, and there are no street parking requirements or restrictions. No street parking permit is required, and no permit is provided. Please ensure that all cars are parked only in designated areas and that vehicles do not block driveways or road access. This will help avoid any tickets, fines, or towing by local authorities.
SECURITY SYSTEM:
The security system is designated for vacancy use and has been disabled throughout the duration of your stay for your convenience and to prevent misuse and false alarms.
