LOCAL BYLAW NOTICE
This property operates under two distinct local business licenses: Upper Suite (#656940349-001) and Lower Suite (#656942239-001).
Long-Term Rental Policy (30+ Days)
Bookings exceeding 30 days are governed by the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act. A formal residential lease agreement must be signed, and we require the first month`s rent along with a security deposit equal to one month`s rent. In accordance with provincial law, we will complete mandatory move-in and move-out inspection reports together. Your security deposit will be held in a trust account and fully refunded within 10 days of check-out, provided the property is returned in its original condition (excluding normal wear and tear). The cost of repairing any physical damage caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit as permitted by law.
1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Zero tolerance policy. Violations result in immediate eviction without refund.
2. MAX OCCUPANCY: Max 10 guests allowed on site at any time. Unregistered daytime or overnight guests face a $50 fee per person, per day.
3. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
4. NO SMOKING/VAPING: Strictly prohibited inside or near open doors. $250 cleaning fee applies.
