Welcome to The Peak at Echo Valley! This newly updated, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps up to 18 guests and boasts stunning, panoramic main channel views. Whether you are soaking in the private lakeside hot tub, mixing drinks at your own waterfront tiki bar, or challenging the group to a match in the game room equipped with a pool table and classic arcade games, this home is built for non-stop entertainment. Boaters will love the private dock featuring both 12x30 and 15x24 boat slips, putting you just a short, scenic boat ride away from Margaritaville.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a K-Cup coffee maker for easy mornings. The open layout seamlessly connects to the dining area, which includes a large table that seats 8 and a breakfast bar that seats an additional 4.
Living Room
The living room features high vaulted ceilings, a large flat-screen TV, and a massive plush sectional. Two sets of sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the lakefront balcony.
There is a half bath off of the living/dining area.
Master
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, and a flat screen TV. There is an attached master bath with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is located on the lower level and features two king-sized beds and sliding glass doors that open directly to the hot tub.

Lower Level Living/ Kitchenette
The lower level living space is the ultimate hang out spot! There is a sectional, lounge chair, mounted flat screen TV, arcade games, and a pool table! There is also a kitchenette complete with a full size fridge.

The third bedroom is located on the upper level and features two king-sized beds, a dresser, and closet for clothing storage.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom features a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level and features two queen-sized beds, accent chair, nightstand, and closet for clothing storage.

Outside on the upper deck there is an outdoor table with seating for six, an oversized outdoor umbrella for the sunny days, and a gas grill! On the lower level you will find the hot tub and fire pit. Head down to the dock where you have 2 slips, 2 kayaks and a tiki bar for entertaining!

By land, the property features easy paved road access and sits just minutes from the area’s best shopping, grocery stores, and local attractions, giving you the perfect balance of peaceful waterfront living and central convenience.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
