This bright and welcoming ground-floor vacation rental was completely renovated and refurnished in early 2024. Spanning 83 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two terraces. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living area invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings with a cozy couch and a high-quality flat-screen TV from Loewe. There’s also a small art corner with an easel, drawing pencils, chalk, and watercolors. A selection of books and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) round out the amenities. Adjacent to the living area is a small outdoor terrace.
The living and dining areas, together with the open kitchen, form a spacious room. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a broiler, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen is further equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, an espresso maker, and a toaster. All the necessary utensils for comfortable self-catering are provided. You can enjoy meals together at the spacious dining table.
The living area features solid oak floorboards, while the kitchen and dining area are fitted with light-colored stoneware tiles. The patio off the dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs.
The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have window screens.
The two modern bathrooms are each equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a shower. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub and direct access to the bedroom.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and with good taste, and is characterized by many thoughtful details that give it a unique character, including a wooden sculpture by the Kühlungsborn sculptor Wilfried Schröder, works by Max Ernst, photographs by Lena Guimont, and a selection of art books and literature.
At the rear of the complex, you’ll find a pool, a ping-pong table, and a playground. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.

The Baltic Sea is about a 20-minute walk from here through the city forest. The landscaped courtyard complex offers a variety of opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The table tennis table is also available for use during the summer months. The outdoor pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each vacation apartment in the immediate vicinity of the complex.
