The stylish Villa Marie was built in 1886 and is one of Heringsdorf’s historic villas. In 2018, it underwent a comprehensive renovation carried out with great attention to detail, preserving the house’s unique character while incorporating modern living comforts. The approximately 68-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor and combines the charm of classic spa architecture with high-quality, contemporary amenities.

The modern kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and other practical amenities. You can enjoy meals together at the spacious dining table, while the living area provides entertainment with a flat-screen TV and access to Amazon Prime and Netflix through your own account. The sofa can be converted into a high-quality sleeping area for a third and fourth person in just a few simple steps.
The bedroom offers the ideal conditions for restful nights. A high-quality box-spring double bed with a sleeping surface of 1.80 m x 2.00 m, blackout curtains, a spacious closet, and an additional TV create a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing vacation days.
