Vacation Apartment 33 in “Haus am Park” is a bright, welcoming, and cozy vacation apartment that sleeps up to 2 adults and one child.
This tastefully furnished two-room apartment with two east-facing balconies is located on the second floor. With approximately 48 m² of living space, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a closet or storage room—ideal for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 50 meters away.
The renovated and newly furnished living area features a high-quality box-spring sofa (sleeps one person), a smart TV, and a Blu-ray player.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, was completely renovated in November 2025 and is fully equipped. It features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, four ceramic cooktops, an oven, and a dishwasher. You’ll also find a coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine (CoffeeB—capsules available at Edeka), a kettle, and a toaster. The dining area blends seamlessly into the living room.
In the bedroom, which has also been renovated, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a second flat-screen TV, and a spacious three-door wardrobe. Blackout curtains ensure restful nights. From here, you can access the second balcony.
The modern shower room/restroom was completely renovated in February 2024 and features a spacious, barrier-free shower, a towel warmer, a vanity with ample storage space, a large mirror with indirect lighting, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror.
Tiles have been installed in the living area and bathroom, while an oak-look vinyl floor in the bedroom creates a warm atmosphere. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
The exclusive “Haus am Park,” equipped with an elevator, is located in a prime location in Kühlungsborn-West. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s basement for a fee. A bicycle storage room is also available. The underground parking space assigned to the apartment (max. height 1.50 m, max. weight 2,000 kg) is located in the underground garage of the building across the street, “Meeresblick.”

It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
