Designed to maximize comfort for large groups, the home is practical and fully equipped:
Bedrooms: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 double beds in the master, 1 queen bed in the second, and 2 double beds in the third) ensuring a great night's sleep.
Living Area: A cozy gathering spot with a TV and 2 additional sofa beds.
Private Terrace: An open-air space inside the house that is 100% exclusively yours, equipped with a BBQ grill.
Kitchen & Laundry: A full kitchen ready for large meal preps (great for saving money on dining out!) and a private laundry room, perfect for extended stays.

You'll be 5 minutes from the International Airport and perfectly positioned to drive quickly to the beaches of Nuevo Nayarit or downtown Puerto Vallarta, avoiding central traffic bottlenecks.
Getting Around:
Located right off the main highway (Highway 200), getting around is incredibly easy. We highly recommend renting a car (you have a private garage!) to explore the entire bay. Uber, InDrive, and local taxis arrive at the community gates 24/7.
