All bathrooms have starter toiletries provided, new washer/dryer with detergent provided. Night in, no problem, Den has a 65-inch smart tv, ROKU, cable and DVD player, games books and puzzles. Living room has a 40-inch smart tv with ROKU streaming WiFi available throughout the property. Over 1460 sq.ft of space on two levels with 280 sq.ft. deck and small deck for views from kitchen. 240 Volt 40amp Level 2 EV charger now available for guest use (additional fees required for usage-the additional $150 fee collected at booking is refundable if the EV charger is not used, your usage bill will be deducted if used). 2 vehicle limit. Guest Access:

You will be sent a special door code specific to your stay prior to arrival. Easy access to town, 2 off street parking spots. Entire unit is available to guest with the exception of 2 locked owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

This duplex is in a quiet family neighborhood. You will often see neighbors out walking their dogs or just out for a fitness walk. Traffic is very moderate and most drivers are local homeowners and are courteous and pedestrian conscious. There is LOTS of wildlife including bear (hibernating usually from mid-November-April), moose are often spotted, and you may see the usual assortment of fox, raccoon and numerous bird species.



Getting Around:

Mobility is best by car to/from the property but guest can park and get around town and the ski are by free bus service. The nearest bus stop is about 0.5 mile from the property..about a 10-15 minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

only 2 vehicles are allowed as per the STR license for 257. No overnight 'on-street' parking is permitted from November 1 - May 1 for snow plowing. Vehicles parked on the street overnight during this time period can be ticketed and towed. If the guests arrive with more than 2 vehicles, they will need to find another place to park those vehicles. The parking spots on the 259 side of the duplex are reserved only for 259 guests or occupants and are not available for additional vehicles for 257 guests. Either the host or the neighbor will be responsible for lawn mowing and watering snow blowing the driveway and may ask for your cooperation in temporarily moving your parked vehicle(s) to clear the driveway (winter only).

Upper deck patio furniture is available during summer months only and is removed to allow snow removal during winter months.
