Walk to MIT, Central Square, and BU; one stop to Kendall, two to Harvard Square. Longwood is a short ride over the BU Bridge. Rooftop deck, fitness center, and garage parking with EV charging. Sleeps six.

The space

THE RESIDENCE

Light comes in from oversized windows and does not stop. Nine-foot ceilings, wide plank floors, quartz counters, European cabinetry, and a Nest thermostat that has already learned the room by your second morning. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private balcony. Sleeps six.

Everything here was chosen, not defaulted to. This is what a finished home feels like.

TWO KING BEDS

A king in each bedroom, and a queen in the living room. No one draws the short straw and no one shares. Two full bathrooms means two people can be out the door at the same hour without negotiating.

THE KITCHEN

Built for someone who actually cooks. Full-size stainless appliances, a center island, and a real complement of cookware, bakeware, chef's knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, dinnerware, glassware, wine glasses, mugs, and flatware. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

THE BATHS

Two full bathrooms, tiled tub and shower surrounds. Hotel-weight towels, a complete set for every guest, never a shared stack. Bath mats, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

THE BEDROOMS

Full bedding sets on both kings. Proper mattress protectors, real pillows, and extra blankets in the closet for the first cold night.

WORK AND LIVE

Fast Wi-Fi throughout, a dedicated workspace, and smart TVs. Central heat and air. Washer and dryer in the unit.

ON ARRIVAL

Snacks, seltzer, and bottled water are waiting for you.

THE BALCONY

Private, off the living space, and the best seat in the apartment on a Saturday morning.

Guest access

The entire residence is yours, plus resident access to the fitness center, the fourth-floor rooftop deck, the resident lounge with kitchenette and game area, the landscaped courtyard, elevator, and covered bicycle parking.

PARKING

Garage parking is available in the building's underground garage for $40 per night, with EV charging. It is not included in the rate, inventory is limited, and it must be reserved in advance. Cambridge street parking is resident-permit only and is not available to guests. Ask us before you arrive and we will tell you what we have.

FULLY DIGITAL ACCESS

Every guest in your party can have their own code. No key handoff, no lockbox, no one waiting in the lobby. Codes are active only for the dates of your reservation.

Interaction with guests

Everything is handled by message before you arrive - nothing to coordinate in person.

You will receive the exact address 72 hours before check-in and your personal door code 24 hours before arrival. The code is active only for the dates of your reservation.

A government-issued ID is required to confirm the booking.

We send a short welcome note with the neighborhood essentials - grocery, pharmacy, coffee, transit, and the good restaurants worth walking to.

We reply throughout your stay, typically within the hour. Please tell us about anything that needs attention shortly after check-in so we can take care of it immediately.
