## Space

Family House Fahrenheit is a two-storey terraced home with 100m² of living space, situated on the edge of the dunes in the residential north of Zandvoort.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with wooden floors, a full dining area with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. A separate toilet is also on this floor. The ground floor opens directly to the south-facing garden - a generous, private outdoor space with a terrace, a separate dining area, and plenty of room for children to play.

The first floor has one bathroom with shower and toilet, and three bedrooms: the main bedroom with a 180x200 kingsize bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200 queensize bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds.

The house sleeps up to 6 adults. A private garage is included.

On a summer evening, the garden catches the last of the light long after the beach crowds have gone home.

## Neighborhood

Fahrenheitstraat sits in Zandvoort Noord, a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the dunes and a short bike ride or walk from the beach and village centre. The street has a settled family feel - houses with gardens, low traffic, and the dune landscape starting just around the corner.

The beach itself is one of the best on the Dutch coast: 9 kilometres of Blue Flag sand with beach clubs, surf schools, and quieter stretches for families. The village centre has everything you need day to day, including an Albert Heijn supermarket, a Wednesday market on the Grote Krocht, and a good mix of restaurants and cafés along the Kerkstraat and Raadhuisplein.

Circuit Zandvoort is on the edge of town. The Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix takes place every August and fills Zandvoort completely - worth checking the calendar if you are booking in late summer.

Amsterdam is around 30 minutes by direct train from Zandvoort station, or roughly 25 minutes by car.

## Transit

A car is convenient for this location and a private garage is included with the house. Zandvoort station is around 2.5 km from the property, with a direct train connection to Amsterdam Central in roughly 30 minutes. Schiphol Airport is around 25 minutes by car. Haarlem is around 15 minutes by car.
