About this apartment rental
A cozy, well-appointed retreat perfect for up to four guests, with two comfortable bedrooms each featuring a private ensuite. Located downtown, it’s an easy walk to local bars and restaurants, with free parking included. Enjoy stunning mountain views and a prime location on the road to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Surrounded by national parks, and with a full kitchen and bbq, it’s the ideal base camp to rest, recharge and refuel after a full day of adventure. Furry friends are also welcome.
Access to the parkade is at the back of the building, using the key fob provided in the condo.

You have access to the whole condo with the exception of 2 locked closets.
There is a storage cage in the parkade for your outside gear, a lock is provided.
I do not live on site but can be contacted at any time via the messaging system.

We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire.
✦MOSQUITOES✦
Golden is located on the Columbia Wetlands. One of the largest intact wetlands in North America. Unfortunately this means we live with some mosquitoes in the Summer. Please be aware and come prepared with bug spray, thermocell devices and long sleeves. Do not leave doors or windows open without screens and avoid dusk outings if sensitive to them.

There will be a $500 fee charged if garage and entry door fobs are not returned to the condo at the end of your stay.
✦SMOKING✦
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on patio or in the unit.
✦OUTDOOR GEAR✦
Please use storage locked provided for outdoor gear and do not bring into the unit.
✦PETS✦
Please keep pets off the beds and furniture. Clean up after your pets and do not leave alone unattended in the unit.

No parties and only guests on reservation allowed to stay overnight.
