Damage Protection Requirement
A security protection option is required for every reservation and is collected separately after booking through our Guest App.
Guests must choose one of the following:
• $450 refundable security deposit, or
• $29/night non-refundable damage waiver (maximum $150 per stay)
This requirement is mandatory for all reservations.
The Damage Protection Program covers accidental damages up to $450.
Coverage does not include:
• Smoke remediation
• Lost key fobs
• Lost parking tags
• Lost garage openers
Replacement fee: $200 per lost item.
Identity Verification Requirement

Verification deadlines:
• Within 24 hours of booking
• Within 1 hour for same-day reservations
Failure to complete verification requirements may result in cancellation.
Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
Building Amenities Disclosure
Building amenities are operated and maintained by building management and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, operational decisions, or temporary closures.
This may include:

While we are happy to report issues on your behalf, we do not control the availability, repair schedules, or operational decisions related to these facilities.
