Vacation Apartment 02 at Villa Schwan is a 133 m² three-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Villa Schwan was completed in the spring of 2022. It is part of the “Perlenkette” chain of accommodations and has since offered highly comfortable vacation apartments in a prime location right next to the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm.
In this luxurious vacation apartment, exclusive and high-quality amenities are a top priority. The spacious 3-room apartment, facing north and east, is located on the first floor of Villa Schwan and offers you a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea—the beach is only about 50 meters away.
The apartment features a living area, a combined dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and an additional shower room. On the large terrace, you can spend relaxing hours and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the pier, and the beach.
The high-quality furnishings, featuring designer furniture from Poliform, B&B Italia, Minotti, Copenhagen, and Eichholtz, create a stylish yet cozy atmosphere. On cooler days, a gas fireplace invites you to linger.
For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a SONOS soundbar, a radio, as well as books and games are available. The TV can be accessed via Wi-Fi. Streaming services such as YouTube, as well as internet TV apps (e.g., Joyn, Zattoo, or Magenta TV) and media libraries, can be accessed via the free Wi-Fi connection. Magenta TV also offers you a wide selection of national and international channels.
The spacious Siematic kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: wine refrigerator, refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, oven, Bora induction cooktops, steam cooker, microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and KitchenAid appliances such as a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and hand mixer are at your disposal.
Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (2.00 x 2.10 m) from Schramm. Large wardrobes provide ample storage space. In addition, each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.
A high chair and a crib are available for your children.
The two natural-light bathrooms, finished in Botticino marble, are equipped with spacious walk-in showers, a large bathtub, modern vanities, Dornbracht fixtures, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer.
The large, north-facing terrace offers you a breathtaking view of the sea, the beach, and the pier. Especially in the evening hours, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets here.
Parquet flooring is installed throughout the apartment, and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth in every room. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
As a special perk, as a guest of the “Perlenkette,” you can book various Grand Hotel services—such as breakfast, the spa, or the kids’ club—directly upon prior reservation. You will also receive an access card that grants you entry to the public areas of the hotel grounds.
In addition, you have the option to order fresh rolls from the Schwanencafé (through the end of September).

Pickup is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting at 9:30 a.m.
Please note that construction work on neighboring properties or in the immediate vicinity may occasionally cause disruptions, as the “Perlenkette” in Heiligendamm continues to develop. This has already been factored into the pricing.
You can conveniently park your vehicle in an outdoor parking space. A separate bicycle storage room is available in the basement of the villa for your bicycles.
