As an eligible software-connected professional host, we use this portal to manage guest verification, rental agreement and damage protection requirements. The following must be completed before arrival to receive property access:

It does not cover parties, smoking, unauthorized pets, rule violations, excessive cleaning, or intentional/negligent damage. Guests remain responsible for these charges.
💳 Refundable Security Deposit: $700 pre-authorization placed approximately 24 hours before check-in and released within 48 hours after checkout if no applicable charges are incurred. A small processing fee of approximately $5 is charged by the payment processor.

‣ There is no guest mailbox access. Please arrange parcels for door delivery or depot pickup. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or mis-delivered mail or packages.
