Cocoonr is offering this charming studio with a patio for rent, situated in the heart of the historic centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines. Set within a former mansion, the air-conditioned property measures 20 m² and can accommodate up to two guests.
Need more space? The owners also offer a self-contained apartment with its own terrace, “L’Oustau d’Olï – Le Perchoir” (accommodating up to 4 guests), situated in the same building complex. Accessible via an external staircase, it allows you to enjoy two separate properties whilst remaining close by.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living area, a kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 14 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (queen-size bedding, 22 cm thick mattress), a kitchenette area including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob...
– A bathroom area with shower
- A separate toilet

- A west-facing patio of approximately 25 m², furnished for enjoying sunny days. A plancha grill can be provided (on request).
