The studio comes equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay. Freshen up in the modern shower or whip up a quick meal in the compact kitchen, complete with basic equipment to heat food, make toasts, prepare simple meals, and brew your coffee.

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:
1. £250 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £25 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through a STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
