Welcome to this apartment in the famous resort of Les 2 Alpes, renowned for its vast ski areas in winter and its mountain bike descents in summer.
🏡 Studio of 27m2, Non-Smoking 50 m from the demoiselles slope which leads to the chairlift of the small needle as well as the one that connects to the white valley 2100.
🛍️ the 1 st shops 5 min walk: bakery, sports shop etc..
By taking a small path, you can reach the tourist office and the shops around the centre of the resort in 7-8 minutes on foot to enjoy the many activities offered by the resort.
🛏️ Beds: sofa drawers with the drawer that can be raised almost to the height of the sofa seat + bunk bed + possibility of having an additional bed with a drawer bed on the floor which is located under the bunk bed.
🍽️ Kitchen Equipped: To prepare good meals after skiing (microwave, fridge, senseo coffee maker)
🏔️balcony of 4m² facing south, perfect for drinking your little beer or having your little snack with a beautiful view of the white valley
🚗 Paid Communal parking covered or at the entrance of the resort (free except winter and summer periods)

🗝️ Keys are handed over in person with the concierge for weekly bookings or in the key box for weekend bookings

🧽 Cleaning deposit for weekly bookings to be given to the concierge service: €70, returned if cleaning is done. For short stays he asked you to return the apartment clean.
🧺 Linen not included for a weekend. 4 beds in 90+ 1 mattress in 90. For the week, linen can be provided (paid option via the concierge).
