The second bedroom (16 square meters) features two comfortable single beds measuring 1 m x 2 m. Seasonal summer and winter bedding ensures optimal sleeping comfort.
The cozy living room features a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, and additional dining room furniture. The adjoining, covered loggia with patio furniture and cushions invites you to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and two sinks.
Use of the washer and dryer, as well as a lockable double garage for bicycles, e-bikes, and cars, is also available upon request.
