You’ll be staying in a bright, 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor that was completely renovated in the spring of 2023 and is lovingly furnished, with an area of approximately 38 m². On the quiet, north-facing balcony, you can wind down the day with a glass of wine. The beach is approximately 50 m away.
The living area features a couch, two modern coffee tables, and a sideboard with a large flat-screen TV. The dining area is perfect for sharing meals together.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 2-burner stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The adjoining bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a guest fold-out bed (90 x 200 cm), and a wardrobe. Curtains are provided for blackout.
The newly renovated bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer.
High-quality designer flooring has been installed throughout the entire vacation rental, and the bathroom has been tiled.
You can park your car in parking space Ostseewelle No. 15, right behind the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
This non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to 3 people; pets are not allowed. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s common areas for a fee. Bicycles can be stored securely in the bike room.

Thanks to its location near the beach, the Ostseewelle apartment building is the perfect vacation spot for a beach getaway in Kühlungsborn. The complex is located on Ostseeallee in the second row and runs parallel to the kilometer-long sandy beach, just 80 meters away. A bicycle storage area, as well as coin-operated washers and dryers, are available for shared use. Bicycles can be securely stored in the bike room. A staircase leads to the individual vacation apartments.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each vacation apartment right next to the apartment building.
