In a quiet and secure housing estate in Cauterets, 1.5 km from the Lys cable car (free shuttles available) and 2 km from the town centre, come and enjoy this beautiful house designed to comfortably accommodate 8 people, with its sunny garden and panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
With a surface area of 120m2 over two floors, the house has a large living room with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, raclette machine) on the ground floor, a dining table, a living area with an insert fireplace, sofa, 2 armchairs, TV. A bathroom with an Italian-style shower and toilet.
Upstairs: 2 master bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) and wardrobe-closets, a children's bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and 2 bunk beds (90x190), a bathroom with an Italian-style shower, bathtub, double vanity unit, and toilet.
You will enjoy a superb view of the surrounding mountains, have access to a large private garden, and will be able to easily park 2 cars in front of the house.
A few logs are provided for your first fire. You can then obtain firewood from the Carrefour Montagne at the entrance of the village if you wish.
