The Space:
Key Pickup Location: Keys can be picked up at our Luneh Office: 9240 Trade Pl Suite 200 San Diego CA 92126 Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm (Please ensure your arrival is within these hours for in-person key collection.) After-Hours Key Pickup If you're arriving after office hours, don't worry! We’ve got you covered. You will receive further instructions on how to collect your keys from a lockbox located at our office. This information will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire apartment. This includes all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, with no shared spaces. Any on-site amenities listed are also available for guest use.

Promenade Rio Vista is in San Diego’s Mission Valley, offering central access to major freeways (I 8, I 805, I 15, CA 163) and easy connections across the region. The community is adjacent to shopping and dining at Mission Valley and Fashion Valley Malls and has the Rio Vista Trolley Station on site for transit access. With nearby parks, local eateries, and quick access to downtown and beaches, this location blends convenience and urban living.
