To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and the building community, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property.
Reservations that do not comply with this policy may be canceled at our discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel reservations that violate applicable property or booking requirements.
✦ Guest Verification & Screening
For the safety and security of our guests, residents, and building community, all adult guests staying at the property are required to submit a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in and complete any required guest verification or screening process.
✦ Important Things to Know
• A $60 replacement fee applies if the amenities fob is lost or not returned to its designated place at check-out.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property.
• No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
• A noise-monitoring device is installed in the unit to monitor decibel levels and help maintain a peaceful environment. It does not record audio.
• A Blink doorbell camera is installed at the exterior entrance. It records video of the entry area only for property security and arrival verification. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the unit.
• Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies once the initial supply has been used.

From time to time, Building Management may conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, or servicing of shared amenities and common areas. As a result, certain amenities may be temporarily unavailable during your stay.
These activities are managed exclusively by Building Management and are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. We’ll do our best to communicate any scheduled maintenance that has been shared with us in advance.
