Upstairs private one bedroom apartment in a historic building on 25th Street. Building has 4 apartments total. New tile floors throughout apartment with double shower heads and double vanity en suite bathroom. King sized bed with blackout curtains great for sleeping in! Shared WIFI (Not suitable for work or streaming) Potential for construction noise M-F 8AM-5PM as repairs are made from recent hurricane damage

• Shared common entryway with two other apartments. Washer and dryer for housekeeping use only please without prior permission. You’ll enjoy a private apartment with en suite bathroom. Please reach out if you have any questions or need assistance from your Host
Parking
• Street parking only w/ provided street parking pass for one car. If you will be traveling in something more untraditional, such as a golf cart or motorcycle, then please contact the city marshal’s office to inquire about parking requirements in residential-only restricted areas for such vehicles.
• There is a $500 replacement cost for all lost & stolen parking passes
Things to know
• Upstairs unit in a 4 plex on historic 25th across from La Fittes drag bar
• Host & Co Host will only correspond with the actual guest that makes the reservation. Guest must be 25YO and or accompanied by their parent
• ALL adult guest must be listed in reservation prior to arrival
• Only registered guest permitted on the property at any time
• Any inquiries and or other communication with Host must go thru the guest who makes reservation.
Cancelation policy is strictly enforced
No refunds are offered for weather related and or unforeseen utility issues so we strongly advise you to add trip insurance to cover any unforeseen trip issues (especially for tropical storms, whether events, etc)
• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
