High Rise Luxury Stay near to Beach, Walking Street, Pattaya Beach. Feel like a resort. A total of 45 floors, 28 floors where the room is located, there is about around 33 square meters of usage area. There is high security CCTV around the perimeter 24 hours. Our place is in Unixx South Pattaya.

The apartment comes with a large outdoor pool, the 43-floor sky garden overlooks Pattaya Bay

6. Sky Garden (37th and 41st floor, highly recommended, can see the whole view of Pattaya.)
Other things to note
No smoking in the room, free parking space, but only park outside the apartment. Free parking is not allowed in the apartment building, private parking is required for a fee.There is no pay administrator to lock the car and will need to pay 5000 baht.If you need to book for a month or more, you need to communicate in advance if there is a bill for electricity and water.
