Upstairs feels like a designer mountain retreat. Downstairs feels like the best summer camp you never went to. Your whole crew gets their perfect vacation under one roof, just 30 minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
PROPERTY LAYOUT
- Three Levels, Three Vibes: Each floor has its own distinct personality, from refined mountain lodge on the main level, to a cozy A-frame king suite upstairs, to the all-ages adventure zone downstairs.
- Main Level: A stunning open-concept living and dining space anchored by a dramatic two-story stone fireplace with soaring vaulted ceilings. Leather seating, curated decor, a dining table for eight, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. A coffee bar stocked for every coffee preference: drip, Keurig, Nespresso, French press, and electric tea kettle. Step outside to the large wraparound deck with a wooden swing and long-range mountain views.
- Main Level King Suite: A showstopper. Black iron four-poster canopy bed, antler chandelier overhead, and a hanging rattan swing in the corner.
- Upper Level: A quiet reading loft with chair and bookshelf leads into a private king suite tucked beneath dramatic A-frame exposed beams, with its own ensuite bathroom.
- Lower Level, The Explorers Club: A color-drenched theater and game room with a galaxy-lit ceiling, 100" Smart TV, soundbar, air hockey table, and multi-game arcade. A bunk room with a queen bed and twin bunk above, plus a separate queen bedroom, both styled with a fun glamping-inspired aesthetic. Hot tub just outside the door.

- Chef's Kitchen: Fully stocked for real cooking, with all major appliances and cookware.
- Coffee Bar: Drip maker, Keurig, Nespresso, French press, and electric tea kettle.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-story cabin and its amenities, including the hot tub and game room. Check-in is seamless and contact-free via an electronic keypad. You will receive your unique door code a few days prior to your arrival.
THINGS TO NOTE
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essentials including a few dishwasher tablets, one roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
- Items Not Provided: Toiletries, condiments, coffee grounds/pods, and charcoal for the grill are not provided.
- Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure our cleaning team has adequate time to prepare for the next guest, we cannot accommodate early check-ins, late check-outs, or check-ins/outs on holidays.
- Hot Tub: For your hygiene, our team drains, cleans, and refills the hot tub before every stay. It may not be at full temperature upon arrival but will heat up within a few hours.
- Security: For your safety, a security camera monitors the exterior entrance and parking area. This device records video and audio. Tampering with the camera or disconnecting the WiFi is strictly prohibited.
- Wildlife: This cabin is in the wilderness, and you may encounter wildlife, including bears. Please follow the bear safety guidelines posted on the refrigerator. Never leave food or trash outside.
- Travel Insurance: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
