This gorgeous and pet friendly space features two cozy bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with a twin bed, perfect for friends or family. Guests can unwind in the soothing bathroom, complete with a bathtub and bidet. The apartment stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re preparing a quick meal or just kicking back, this tremendous spot offers everything you need.
Upstairs you will have a private and spacious terrace to relax or sunbathe on the sunbeds with a barbecue to show off your barbecue skills and a dining table and chairs for your use.
Your outside balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while watching the sunset.
To the back of the apartment is your own private parking space for the duration of your stay.
12 minutes walk brings you to the Al Kasar square where you can enjoy the variety of restaurants and bars open til late and regular entertainment provided
Also in the square is a Spar grocery store, ice cream parlour, launderette, takeaway
5 minutes walk brings you to the Condado Club where you can enjoy a meal/tapas drinks, entertainment.
Football, tennis, padel courts can be hired for a Small fee. Keep fit and yoga all situated in both the Condado club and Al Kasar
Make use of the beautiful pool and pool area shaded by tall palm trees to keep you cool. Each garden has their own kids play area surrounded in a safe and manicured garden. Full equipped gym in Al Kasar
