This very spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds). The bathroom features a newly installed walk-in shower. The bright and airy living room and double bedroom both have sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, which overlooks the communal pool area. Air conditioning is available in the open-plan living/dining area and in the double bedroom.

Cabo Roig is one of the most popular areas on the Orihuela Costa. This area boasts some fantastic beaches, such as Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig, La Zenia, and Campoamor. Three of these beaches are within a 10-minute walk from this property, and if you’re not in the mood for the beach, you can simply enjoy a relaxing day by the pool.

After a long day in the sun, it’s nice to know that many local bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. For your evening out, you don’t have far to walk—it only takes one minute to get to the nearest restaurant.
Cabo Roig boasts a fantastic variety of restaurants to choose from, including Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, steakhouses, and, of course, traditional Spanish cuisine.

For evening entertainment, you’ll need to head into the nearest city, Torrevieja, and spend your evening on the local promenade with its lovely sea views (and a lovely breeze), a great selection of restaurants, and, of course, the carnival for the kids and the fantastic market stalls set up along the promenade. There are plenty of restaurants here to choose from, and there’s no need to rush home since everything stays open until 2:00 a.m.

Torrevieja has its own water park (Aquapolis), which is open every day during the summer from 11.00 - 19.00. In nearby Playa Flamenca, there is also a go-kart track suitable for both adults and children, as there are two separate tracks for safety.
