Holiday Home 'Les Hauts de Saint Martin'

Les Hauts de Saint Martin is a former bourgeois house transformed into a spacious 200 m² holiday home, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Two separate living rooms allow everyone to enjoy their own pace. Meals can be shared around a large table for 12, and the kitchen also features a breakfast area for 6. There are 6 large bedrooms (2 with double beds that can be separated into twins) and 2 bathrooms. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls.



For skiing, several resorts are within reach, including Orelle just 10 minutes away, providing access to the 3 Vallées ski area (600 km of slopes). On arrival, a covered parking area gives direct access to the cable car. Other ski resorts, such as Valmeinier (Galibier area, 160 km of slopes) and Les Karellis (70% of the area above 2000 m), are 20 minutes away.



The garage is equipped for easy ski storage.



Located in a typical Savoyard village, this historic house offers a 180° south-facing view from the top of the village. Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is 10 minutes away, with TGV train station access and all shops (supermarket, organic store, bakeries, ski rental). The town center features cafés, bars, and restaurants. The A43 motorway is accessible at Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, 10 minutes from the house.



A large outdoor garden with several sections is perfect for children or outdoor activities.



The property has 3 parking spaces and free public parking less than 100 meters away. Cleaning is included; bed linen, towels, and baby cots are available for an extra fee.
