From SARLAT: Exit towards MONTIGNAC, BRIVE D704 Pass the place called 'Les Presses' then at the end of the straight line, take a left towards ETANG de TAMNIES, follow the signs Le Pont de Mazerat or Etang de Tamnies (15 km, 20 min.)
From LES EYZIES: Exit towards SARLAT, D47 then after the Combarelles cave, take the second left towards Saint GENIES, ETANG de TAMNIES D48 Follow the signs Le Pont de Mazerat or Etang de Tamnies. 200 m. After the Etang, turn right and you have arrived. (16 km, 20 min.)
From MONTIGNAC: Exit towards LES EYZIES. D706 At THONAC, turn left, cross the Vézère bridge, then turn right. Follow the signs Le Pont de Mazerat or Etang de Tamnies. (15 km, 20 min.)
From Saint GENIES: Exit towards LES EYZIES, D48, ETANG deTAMNIES. Follow the signs Le Pont de Mazerat or Etang de Tamnies. Descend the valley for about 7 km. Then at the 'Snack les 2 Lacs' crossroads, turn left, we are waiting for you. (8 km, 150 min.)
From PERIGUEUX: Exit towards BRIVE, N89 At NIVERSAC, turn right towards SARLAT, LES EYZIES (from LES EYZIES, continue following the directions described above)
From BRIVE: Continue on the highway until Souillac (to avoid the regular traffic jams in Terrasson).
From SOUILLAC: Through SARLAT ... Through SALIGNAC (the easiest route) At the roundabout at the entrance of Souillac,
