Brought to you by the family that brought you Grateful Woods and Lundy Farm, this 7 bedroom, 11 bed, 5.5 bath chalet sits just 3 miles up the road from the base of Belleayre Ski Mountain. From all of the stylish details, plethora of amenities and comfortable beds you've grown to expect at our other properties to the expansive views, meandering trails, pool, cedar hot tub & so much more - we've got you covered here in the heart of the Catskills! Bring your family, friends or even your pups and join us in Vacationland. We've been waiting for you.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire chalet and the 28 acres it sits on.
The pond dock and attic deck are off limits.
The Neighborhood:
Norwegian Woods sits on 28 acres of Catskills land, just up the road from Belleayre Ski Mountain. Although technically in Arkville, NY, you will be closer to the town of Fleischmanns and just 10 minutes from Margaretville.
Getting Around:
You will need a car. During the winter, we definitely recommend AWD/4WD to get up the mountain road.
Other Things to Note:
Our water is excellent and can be drank directly from the faucets or fridge.
Our home uses a septic system meaning you really cannot, under any circumstances, flush anything other than the toilet paper provided down our toilets. You also cannot put any solids down the sink drains. Please and thank you.
