One of its great attractions is its fantastic exterior. The property features a garden, fenced plot, 100 m² of terrace, outdoor furniture, private swimming pool and a brick-built charcoal barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals, relaxed after-dinner drinks and family moments in the sun. Additionally, it has outdoor parking within the property, which adds an extra touch of convenience if you travel by car. 🏊‍♂️🔥



The house has 3 bedrooms, all with 1.50 m beds, air conditioning in each room, mosquito nets throughout the accommodation and additional fans for a more pleasant stay during the hot months. The property also has a cot and high chair, making it a very comfortable option for families with babies. 🛏️👶



Inside you will find a cosy lounge with satellite television, fireplace and Starlink wifi connection, ideal for enjoying both a relaxing getaway and a more practical stay. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware to cook comfortably. It also has a washing machine, iron and hair dryer. ☕🍽️



Its location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the interior without giving up a good connection with the main points of interest in the province. A few minutes away you will find Alhaurín el Grande, Cártama, Coín, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses such as Lauro Golf and Alhaurín Golf. Furthermore, you can easily reach Málaga, Fuengirola, Marbella, Caminito del Rey or the Sierra de las Nieves, which makes this house a very complete option for discovering both the interior and the coast. 🚗🌄
