Kitchen & Dining:
The fully stocked kitchen includes new Stainless Steel appliances: refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, double sink, and both K-cup and drip coffee makers. Gather around the dining area for four, or enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar with additional seating.

Primary Suite: Queen bed with panoramic ocean view, Smart TV, ensuite bath with vanity, and walk-in shower.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
Security:
Ensure doors are locked when leaving the condo. Report any issues immediately.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
