THE CONDO
Welcome to 506 at The Pinnacle, a bright three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo with panoramic Atlantic views and a relaxed North Myrtle Beach setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring abundant natural light into the living area, where a wraparound sofa and recliner face the ocean and pool views.

Step onto the private balcony, furnished with raised Adirondack chairs, for morning coffee or an evening drink as the waves roll in. The condo includes central air conditioning and heating, HDTV with premium cable, Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection for a reliable wired workspace option.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, double sink, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a toaster, baking sheet, blender, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are provided. The dining table seats four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary suite: queen bed, ocean view, ensuite bath with vanity and walk-in shower
• Second bedroom: queen bed and ample closet space
• Third bedroom: bunk bed with a full lower bed and twin upper bed

All bedrooms include luxury linens, soft coastal décor, storage, and room-darkening shades. Two full bathrooms include towels, toiletries, and a starter set of essentials. For added convenience, there is a free in-unit washer and dryer, plus children’s dinnerware for younger guests.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

THE RESORT
You will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, private balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer.

You will also have free resort access to The Pinnacle’s shared amenities:
• Oceanfront glass-encased indoor pool, available year-round during specified hours, and sundeck
• Shared beachfront access via the resort boardwalk
• Picnic and gas-grill area with outdoor seating
• Free on-site parking for two vehicles per unit

The condo is on the fifth floor. Self check-in is available via keypad using your assigned door code, so there is no need to visit a front desk. Elevators and lobby luggage carts are available for easier arrival and departure.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in; additional supplies may be needed during your stay.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but may be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach. Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings. Cleaning is available during your stay.

Parking Restrictions:
Please note that resort regulations prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles anywhere on the property. These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies.

Only registered guests may use resort amenities. Wristbands must be worn if required by the resort.

Parking:
Park only in designated resort areas. Parking passes must be visible at all times.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Security:
Ensure doors are locked when leaving the condo. Report any issues immediately.
