Make yourself at home in this charming house, built in the authentic Landes style and completely and carefully renovated to offer you a peaceful and comfortable stay. Ideally located just a few minutes from the beaches and local amenities, it combines a relaxed lifestyle with modern, warm decor.

• A bright living room with two floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable sofa, and a cozy dining area
• A modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher…)
• Two bedrooms with 160-size double beds, high-quality mattresses, and storage space with a closet
• A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and separate toilet.
Outside:
• South-facing tiled patio with outdoor furniture
• Large, lush garden full of flowers, fully enclosed
• Easy parking in front of the house and one spot on the property in front of the garage.
Ideal for:

• Couples seeking peace and quiet
• Remote workers (Wi-Fi included)
• Vacations with friends near the ocean

The house is located in Seignosse-Bourg, 5 minutes from the bakery, pharmacy, town hall, and other shops.
The beach is a 9-minute drive away, but you can also get there via bike paths in about 30 minutes by bike.
We offer bike rentals through our partner, which can be delivered to your accommodation.
Check-in will take place in person. If our team is unavailable or in the event of a late arrival, you’ll have access to a key box, and we’ll provide you with the codes in advance.
