Summary:

Padre Oasis sits half a block from the Gulf at 111 E Morningside Drive, on the east side of Padre Blvd — the beach side — so you walk straight to the water from the front door. Two bedrooms, two baths, up to 6 guests, with an oversized balcony overlooking the complex pool, hot tub, and courtyard. High privacy walls wrap the entire complex, making it one of the quieter and more secure spots this close to the heart of South Padre Island.



The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped for real family cooking — pots, pans, dishes, eat-in counter, and a dining table for the group. The living room is comfortable and opens through a glass door to the balcony, where the outdoor dining set and grill make it a natural second gathering spot with the pool below.



A straight-up note about the property: Padre Oasis is not a renovated or remodeled space. It is an older, yet clean & totally functional, and set up well — priced to reflect exactly what it is. Guests who book here tend to value the location, the private to complex courtyard that’s great for kids, and the half-block walk to the beach over new finishes, and that is the right way to think about it.



Starter supplies included: bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face and hand towels, soaps, shampoos, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These are starter amounts — not unlimited nor restocked — so plan to grab more if you are here on extended stay. Beach towels are not provided; bring your own. A bonus airbed and pump are in the unit just in case for extra sleeping space. The building has a shared washer and dryer available on each floor.

SLEEPING (Up to 6 Guests)

Master bedroom: Queen bed, en suite full bathroom, flat screen TV. Second bedroom: two full beds. Living room: pull-out sofa bed and a bonus airbed with pump provided — bring your own bedding for the sofa bed and airbed. The 6-guest maximum is a hard HOA cap that includes infants and children.



PARKING

One reserved off-street parking space is included at no charge — free, unlike hotels on the island that charge per car. This is a one-space unit, so if your group is arriving in more than one vehicle, plan for street or public parking for the second car. No additional guest parking is available at the complex.

High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone if you have must-do work as it can go down.

POLICIES

The primary guest must be 25 or older — this is an HOA requirement specific to this property. The primary Guest must be at least 25 to book here. Please note the complex requires all guests to wear a wristband at all times; these are provided at no charge and are a standard HOA requirement. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before check-in.

You must read and agree to all house rules prior to booking — we are happy to answer any questions before you arrive. Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. The property is security patrolled at night.

As a guest, you are welcome to use the shared complex facilities, which include a swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a secure courtyard area. Your stay includes one reserved parking space on the premises, and coin operated laundry facilities are located on each floor of the building for guest use.

Located just half a block from the pristine shores of the Gulf, our property offers the ultimate beachside experience on South Padre Island. You can walk straight from your front door to the sand without crossing any major roads, making it perfect for sunseekers and families. The neighborhood is vibrant yet secure, situated right in the heart of the island. Within a short walking distance, you will find popular local dining and entertainment spots such as Kellys Irish Pub, Claytons Beach Bar, Bar Louie, and Barrys Beach Bar. Whether you are looking to grab a casual bite or enjoy the island nightlife, everything is conveniently close by.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy from our central location. We provide one reserved off street parking space for your convenience. If you arrive with more than one vehicle, additional free public parking can be found at the island intermodal bus station, the local post office, or along Gulf Boulevard. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicles. While the island is very walkable, especially with the beach just half a block away, public transportation options are available to help you explore the area.



Other Things to Note:

Welcome to your island getaway. By booking with us, you agree to our house rules, which include a minimum age requirement of twenty five for the primary guest and a mandatory digital rental agreement paired with a photo identification submission before arrival. Our check in time is three in the afternoon and check out is eleven in the morning. Each unit includes one assigned parking spot, and we ask that you secure public parking for any extra vehicles. Please be aware that the complex requires all guests to wear provided wristbands at all times. While we supply an initial set of household essentials, these are not restocked, so please bring additional supplies for longer stays. We maintain a quiet and secure environment with strict rules against parties, smoking, and loud noise, particularly during quiet hours from ten at night to nine in the morning. Please ensure you turn the thermostat to seventy eight degrees and load the dishwasher before checking out to maintain our property standards.
