This home is situated directly on the main street, offering unbeatable convenience and easy access to everything. While you’re close to the action, double-glazed front windows, tall boundary walls, and a secure high gate keep things private and peaceful, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay indoors.
Important Note on Guest Capacity, Bedding & Privacy
The house can accommodate up to 7 guests [maximum five adults and 2 children]. Two children can sleep on the bunk bed. Please note that these beds are designed specifically for children, with a combined maximum weight capacity of 70 kg, and are therefore not suitable for adults. Therefore, the maximum number of adult beds is 5.

Our home is located in Norwood, a prestigious eastern suburb known for its heritage charm. As such, many of the fittings and joinery are vintage, reflecting the legacy and character of the area rather than modern finishes. Some of the wear and tear marks on the wall, wood, and joinery are not removable, which is why we’ve intentionally kept the photos true to life to give our guests an accurate and transparent view of the property. We encourage you to review them carefully to ensure that the house condition aligns with your expectations. Parking and other Notes:
The driveway is newly paved and can comfortably accommodate up to Four cars in a single lane. There is also ample free street parking available on Beulah Road closeby.
In front of the house, there is an very large open paved area that may appear suitable for parking. While there are no signage restrictions, we kindly recommend avoiding this space for parking, as we are not sure if parking is legal there.
Guest access
There will be a lockbox outside. The guest will be provided the code of the lock box to get the access key.
If you are coming with your car, you can park it in front of the house to access the lock block. Please note this spot is not a designated public parking spot. So, please move your car into the house after you open the gate.

Norwood is a prestigious, family-oriented eastern suburb, and this home reflects that character. The house is strictly not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. It is designed as a peaceful, family-friendly residence. Please also note that the bunk bed and trundle are intended for children only, with a maximum weight capacity of 70 kg.
